1. Use of Our Services
Our services are designed to help churches and faith-based organizations grow their online presence. By using our services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

• You are authorized to act on behalf of your church, ministry, or organization.

• All information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date.

2. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, designs, and materials created by our team remain the intellectual property of PHOSlink until full payment has been received.
After full payment, churches and clients are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the delivered content for their ministry or organization.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or alter our work for commercial purposes outside of their own organization without prior written consent.
3. Client Content and Submissions
You retain ownership of all text, images, logos, and other materials you provide to us ("Client Content"). You grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Client Content solely for the purpose of providing services.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share all Client Content with us.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Final deliverables will be provided after final payment is received.

• Late payments may result in delayed delivery or service suspension.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns. Requests for revisions should be submitted within 14 days of receiving deliverables.
6. Turnaround Times
Estimated delivery times vary by project scope and will be communicated clearly. Delays caused by a client’s failure to provide necessary content, approvals, or feedback may affect the timeline.
7. Third-Party Services
Some services (e.g., domain registration, hosting, social media platforms) may require the use of third-party providers. We are not responsible for the functionality or terms of service of those platforms. Clients are responsible for their own accounts with such services unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PHOSlink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• The client violates these terms.

• Payment is not received.

• Communication is unreasonably delayed or ceased.

You may also terminate services with written notice. In such cases, payment is due for all work completed up to the date of termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
